About

Mother, Wife, Occupational Therapist, life skills coach,  Yoga and Meditation  teacher, Aimee has a passion and interest for life that leads to an endless supply of different hats she wears.

Aimee began her career as an Occupational Therapist in 1996 after graduating from Boston University with a Masters of Science. Aimee has worked with children with a variety of disabilities, for over 20 plus years as well as adult outpatient and inpatient population.

After the diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer in 2009 Aimee began to examine her own diet and lifestyle. She quickly began to use yoga, mediation and self inquiry as a way to get reconnected with her body and find her breath.  Using her knowledge as an occupational therapist with yoga and meditation, Aimee discovered a world of possibilities for herself and her clients.

As an Occupational Therapist, Aimee is currently working with pediatric and adult clients. Using functional practical skills in both group and individual sessions that focus on activities of daily living,  It is through this form of functional well balanced therapy that people of all ages begin to align to their body and mind to live a happy well rounded life.
